From the 1st of May 2025 the Practice is no longer commissioned to provide ear syringing or complex wound care.  Please see below for things the Practice will and will not be doing moving forwards.

The core services we will continue to provide are:

• Dressings and wound care management, including basic dressings, dressing assessments (without a doppler)
• Ongoing simple wound care support Suture removal/wound closure removal
• Changing Dressings for up to 4 weeks
• Laceration capable of closure without suturing and provide follow up
• First degree burns (Although minor injuries has been removed also)
• Superficial skin ulcers for up to 4 weeks

Anything other than this is classed as complex wound care and will now need to be seen in an appropriate ELHT Treatment Room service.

Please note we are also no longer commissioned to provide ear syringing and we will not be able to provide this after 30th April 2025.
